"If You Don't Know the Story, You Can't Lead. . ." General Mark Welsh, Commander, US Air Forces in Europe


Earlier today, Dr. Scott Snook shared with me this incredible video of a recent briefing delivered to the cadets at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.

If you will invest 50 minutes of your time watching this video, you may learn something new about leadership. This is an extraordinary speech that was just given at that US Air Force Academy. You will be move, humbled and inspired.

    Thanks for posting this, Al! This video has been making the Facebook rounds among all my USAFA buddies, and we all agree it's one of the most inspiring speeches we've ever heard. Gen Welsh is a leader who gets it, and there are several of us pulling for him to be the next CSAF. Hope all is well!
