Seth Godin Shares Timely Words of Wisdom About Constructive Criticism

Many of you have been the recipients (perhaps victims?) of constructive criticism coming from the Old White Rhino - especially around issues of precise communication and eliminating unnecessary and throw-away words and phrases from speech:

  • "you know?"
  • "like"
  • "sort of"
  • "kind of'
  • "okay?"
  • "right?"
  • "do you know what I mean?"
  •  etc.

Seth Godin shares my philosophy, so I am pleased to share his Blog article from earlier today regarding the topic of constructive feedback.
