Description
|
- Create vision, develop strategy and lead the
execution of process improvement/optimization of the global customer
“inquiry to order” process for standard and non-standard orders, in
order to optimize the customer experience; making it easier for our
customers to do business with us.
- Continue to set vision for process improvement and
process leverage between Trace and EDS businesses as well as MDII.
- Drive process optimization within Sales organization
and in the interactions between the Sales organization and other
functions, such as Services, Manufacturing, Product Management
- Partner with cross functions in order to determine
ideal vision for international webstore.
Partner with other functions in order to implement development
and roll-out of international webstore in 2014.
- Continue to partner with sales and marketing in order
to maximize effectiveness of Outbound Calling Team.
- Create, develop, motivate and lead a high performance
customer centric team that has a passion for the business and
demonstrates a proactive and “can-do” solution-oriented style.
- Continue to set vision and lead team to improve the shop.morphodetection.com. Partner with consumables product
manager to continue to increase webstore revenue.
- Establish process to monitor common performance
metrics for MDI ITO organization, including data analysis, interpretation
and action plans.
- Lead ITO participation in 2015 ERP roll-out in the
business. Lead the ITO team in
order to consolidate processes and tools for all Morpho Detection
businesses regardless of product line and business entity.
- Continue to improve ITO data analytics.
- Drive sales force effectiveness programs to optimize
the sales team customer time. Utilize
customer satisfaction (NPS) measurement to drive process improvements
- Integrate the use of SFE metrics, dashboards and
cockpits into the business management process.
- Integrate the use of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
metrics, dashboards and cockpits into the sales organization business
management process
- Collaborate closely with channel management team to
improve forecasting and planning processes as they relate to new orders
and backlog

Position Requirements
|
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 10 years of business experience in a
deadline-driven environment with proven background in commercial, IT
and/or quality roles.
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
- Must have Project
management experience and/or certification – particularly
on-time delivery and communication to clients
- Six Sigma Quality Black Belt certified
- Extremely strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
(Financial applications, data compilation and aggregation.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be willing to work out of an office in
Wilmington, MA (remote office considered)
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be willing to take a drug test as part of
the selection process.
- You must be willing to submit to a background
investigation as part of the selection process.
- You must have unrestricted authorization to work in
the United States.
DESIRED
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Strong analytical and modeling skills – financial
background strongly desired
- Experience with one or more CRM/ERP systems (Oracle,
SalesForce.com, SAP, SugarCRM, Baan, Sage, Microsoft, etc.) a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment, and ability to thrive in same
- Conceptual critical thinking skills – demonstrated
via writing, communication and presentation skills
- Personable, poised, professional – high energy, high
input, high output
